Run! It's a Chocolate Bomb!
Hmmm, it looks like a harmless quiet piece of chocolate-art shaped like a bomb. But is it really harmless? This chocolate-art, Chocolate Shell, is made by chocolatier Braquier. It's made of black chocolate, filled with almonds, dragees and gadgets, mmmm. But how on earth do you get to the filling of the shell? Break it with your hands?
Uhm, nope. This bomb has a wick that really works. So light up the wick, run, take cover and enjoy! Watch this demonstration.

Korean movie You're my Pet
YES! Just a second ago I found out that my favorite online channel Dramacrazy uploaded the Korean movie You're my Pet with English subtitles, starring Jang Geun Suk! I really loved the Japanese dramaversion of the movie and now I'm really curious about this one.
Go to www.dramacrazy.net/korean-movie/you-are-my-pet/ to watch the movie, and let us know if you liked it, or still prefer the original Japanese version. Anyway have fun!

Colorful finger Laserrats: Party Rats
- 'I want that drink!'
- 'Say what?? 'This one?'
- 'No, that one!' (pointing your finger at the right bottle behind the bartender)
- 'OK!' (So, your friend is ordering the drinks in this noisy cafe)
After a few minutes your friend comes back and gives you your jummy drink...or not? Noooo, it's the wrong drink! It seems like your friend didn't hear you well and even though you've pointed out your favorite bottle of drink behind the bartender, your friend just failed to buy you the right drink. In these situations it would be handy if you've brought your Nordic Walking pole. Or it would be nice to have elastic arms that can stretch out two meters or more, just to point out the right bottle of drink....
Well, I found a solution for these disappointing moments: a Party Rat! Yup, just put the rat on your finger, press 'on' and a beam of light comes out of the rat! Now you can point out your favorite drink easily. These rats love to party so after you've finished your drink, just bring them to the dancefloor and they will light up of excitement. How cool is that!

Daytime firework by Cai Guo-Qiang
Watching firework in the daytime not exciting and fun enough to watch? Wait until you see the video of this artist. A few weeks ago Cai Guo-Qiang went to Qatar for an event with a lot of colorful explosion. He lighted up some special fireworks made of gunpowder filled with paint. *KABOOM*...for a moment the air was filled with Dementors...luckily soon followed by happy colors.

Jim Henson's old paper animation: Alexander the Grape
It really started with Sesame Street, and then the Muppet Show and Fraggle Rock. We all know the puppets of Jim Henson. But now I found a film of Henson's early inspiration: Alexander the Grape. It's really funny to see the storyboard stills from Henson’s Red Book, his hand-written journal of ideas.
Anyway, the story is about a cute grape who wants to be big as a watermelon. Watch the video, here at JUMI!

Shit in style on a crystal toilet
Being in heaven for a moment, while sitting on the toilet? Well, to be honest I've had a lot of these moments during my travel in Japan. Clean, a heated seat, a water spray and a soundbutton (if Mr. Hankey's too noisy). But now I found about a new toilet, that would give you the ultimate diva-royal highness feeling, while being in heaven for a moment: the crystal toilet.
Yup, this toilet has been created by INAX and an Austrian jeweller for an exhibition in Tokyo. The toilet is studded with more than 72000 pieces of Swarovski cut crystal. Why on earth would they create this royal diva toilet?! Well, the director of the showroom (where the toilet has been exhibited) said that the crystal toilet was "created to please the god of toilets". "That's why keeping toilets clean and taking good care of it have been a Japanese custom since long ago".
Hmmm, too bad that this royal diva toilet is a little bit expensive to me....it would be worth around 100.000 euros.

Chocolate heaven in Shanghai: World Chocolate Wonderland
Chocolatelovers, another chocolate heaven has been opened: World Chocolate Wonderland in Shanghai! This exhibition has more that 200 chocolate art pieces, based on showing the differences between eastern and western culture. Nope, this exhibition is not just fun for women (and children), even though I can imagine that some of us would really go crazy seeing a chocolate Louis Vuitton handbag. Other stuff to drool on are a chocolate BMW, Terracotta Warriors and a chocolate Huangpu River. This wonderland also offer a lot of activities. Why not making your own wine chocolate, jummy...
Last thursday World Chocolate Wonderland opened with a real haute couture chocolate fashion show. Watch this video here.
Chocolate fashion show
Unfortunately, World Chocolate Wonderland is a temporary exhibition. They will close at February 19, 2012. Go to www.chocolatewonderland.com.cn or CNNGo for more information.

Snoop Dogg ft girlband SNSD
Imagine Snoop Dogg 'singing' in a Korean girlband....Uh, I'd rather not hehe. But he actually is in the Korean girlband mood! Say what?! Yup, Mr. Dogg will feature in SNDS's US version single of The Boys. This is the first time SNSD will be releasing a brand new song in English within the States. For those who don't know The Boys, the song was produced by Teddy Riley (who also produced songs for MJ and Keith Sweat, and is also known from Blackstreet). The single featuring Snoop Dogg will be released on December 20th. Anyway, I don't know if the song sounds bearable with Mr. Dogg, but doesn't he look lovely together with the girls :)

Top 5 evil bitches in doramas
I think what makes an Asian drama a real dorama is having at least one mean bully in it.
So I decided to make a top 5 of evil bitches in dorama's ever.
1. Oh Yoon-Joo in My Princess
This evil woman is playing a very dirty game to make Korea's imperial family shake. Warning: she makes you swear while watching!
2. Park Hwa Young in Me Too, Flower!
She is so mean! Or is she blinded by selfishness? Leave the guy alone!
3. Kim Joo Won's mother in Secret Garden
Moon Boon Hong. I can't stand her.
4. Friends of Han Ji Eun in Full House
These so-called friends Hee Jin & Dong Wook suddenly sold the house of Han Ji Eun and took all her money to pay off their debts! And they keep coming to her and call themselves her friends. Ughh
5. Mae Ri's father in Mary Stayed Out All Night
Yes, this obnoxious dad (Wi Dae Han) belongs in my top 5 of evil dorama bitches too! He couldn't stop forcing his daughter ridiculously to marry some other (handsome) dude.
Turns out my top 5 contains only bullies from Korean doramas. Funny!
Do you have a top 5 too? I would love to hear them. Share your thoughts here below :)

Cover Girl Hello Kitty in Elle Taiwan
Yes! Finally! It's about time! A true star appeared on the cover of the magazine Elle (Taiwan): Hello Kitty! This month Elle celebrates her 20th anniversary, so they've decided to come up with two special Kitty cover editions. Lovely, isn't she? I don't like her pink shoes, though...

It's not Kitty's first time appearing on the cover of a magazine. This summer she also was on the cover of a Japanese men's fashion magazine Numéro Homme Tokyo, standing next to model Harry Goodwins.
So, which cover do you like?

Dramatip: Me Too, Flower
Yesterday night I was planning to try a new drama, while waiting for the subs of A Thousand Kisses. Watching one episode of the new drama Me Too, Flower should be enough, before it's sleepytime. Well, I ended up watching too many episodes, that I had some difficulties waking up on time this morning. Yup, Me Too, Flower is a must-see!
The story with the characters in it, is a bit the same as other dramas I've seen: Tomboy meets manlyman. You can already guess how the story ends, yet it so funny, and sometimes tearjerking to see how the two main characters evolve. The tomboy, played by Lee Yi-Ah, is a tough police officer, who bumps into a guy (Yoon Si-Yoon) one day, while walking in the street. This wasn't a pleasant first meeting. She's already in a bad mood. She's cranky because of her work, ex-boyfriend and other stuff, that her boss even sends her to counseling, to work on her bad attitude. But why on earth is that guy on the street getting in her way?!! Of course this wasn't their last meeting, because they accidentally meet each other again and again in the city. Anyway, even though she's having bad moods, at home she can be in peace, dreaming about her idol, who's hanging as a poster in her bedroom (haha, some of the scenes with her idol are soooo funny). And that guy on the street, well, what kind of loser is that? Or isn't he? Or does it look like he's perfect, having everything, or not?
I think I've said too much. You just need to watch Me Too, Flower at dramacrazy.net.

Film about mastersushichef: Jiro dreams of sushi
Forget all those all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants where the chefs work in the kitchen as if they're working in a fabric, trying to make sushi as fast as possible, as much as they can. Where they often serve crappy looking sushi, with seaweed so tough that you're almost choking on it. Where the rice is cooked toooo long and where the fish is all dried up.
Meet the world's greatest sushi-chef and his three Michelin stars restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo. Director David Gelb followed 85 year old sushi-chef Jiro in his daily life, who's passionate about sushi (of course) and still wants to reach perfection by creating the jummiest, most beautiful sushi. The film Jiro dreams of sushi will be in theaters on March 9, 2012. So here's another restaurant to be added on your travelwishlist :)
Mmmmm, I'm hungry....

Leonardo DiCaprio is casting for Akira
Even though I'm not looking forward to it, I was 'shocked' again, when I found out who's planning the cast for the live action movie Akira: Leonardo DiCaprio....He's one of the new producers for the movie. Yup, what the *huh*?
So, Garret Hedlund (Tron) and Kristen Steward (Twilight) will probably have the role as Kaneda and Kei. And there is another name added to the list of possible castmembers: Ken Watanabe (Memoirs of a Geisha, the Last Samurai, Inception). He will turn into the Colonel. Well, that sounds a little bit better than Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman.
There's a lot of criticism about the movie: Hollywood's choice to use white actors instead of Asians, and it will also take place in the US instead of Japan. Hmm, why still calling the movie Akira...Recently George Takei (Star Trek) openly criticized the Akira casting. Click here to watch this video.
Wonder how the live action movie Ameri-akira would look like? Hmmm, maybe like this video.

NYC from a bug's point of view
Usually you see photos of city skylines. But Brian Cleaver is a photographer living in NYC, who shoots photos from a low angle. The shots are taken so low you will feel like you're watching through the eyes of a tiny bug in a big city!

Cute little printer
What if your best friend just sent you the cutest picture of his/her hamster posing like a girliegirl diva:
Don't you want to print this cutie on paper, straight from your smartphone? No? I can imagine it would be a waste of paper to print it on a huge A4. Or it would be annoying if you don't have a printer nearby. Or it would just be a hassle to figure out how to print something straight from your smartphone. Well, in the near future, 2012, it's possible to print anywhere, anytime with the tiniest ultracute printer I've ever seen.
His name is Little Printer (see picture above. He has legs too).
Connect your smartphone and Little Printer will gather your favorite information, such as news, Sudoku and messages from friends to create a cute little mini-newspaper. How cute is that! Click here for more info.
