Jim Henson's old paper animation: Alexander the Grape

It really started with Sesame Street, and then the Muppet Show and Fraggle Rock. We all know the puppets of Jim Henson. But now I found a film of Henson's early inspiration: Alexander the Grape. It's really funny to see the storyboard stills from Henson’s Red Book, his hand-written journal of ideas.

Anyway, the story is about a cute grape who wants to be big as a watermelon. Watch the video, here at JUMI!
