I totally looove sushi. Sometimes it looks too good to eat, when it's rolled perfectly and packed beautifully in a cute bento box. Well, you will lose your appetite too if you see Takayo Kiyota's sushi!
Yup, this artist from Tokyo uses colored grains of rice to create the most unique sushi artwork. She calls her creations Nikkori-zushi, or smile sushi. Nice work!
