Häagen-Dazs comes with veggie ice cream

So you're convinced that ice cream is totally unhealthy? Then what do you think of vegetable ice cream? Yup, recently Häagen-Dazs introduced veggie ice cream: Spoon Vege.

Spoon Vege is a special series of two veggie ice cream flavors: Tomato Cherry and Carrot Orange.
Tomato ice cream has the natural sweetness of tomato with fruity flavor of cherry. And the carrot version has the gentle flavor of carrot with fresh citrus taste and scent of orange. The ice creams contain about 8.5% milk fat, so it's kind of healthy if you compare it with the regular Häagen-Dazs ice creams.

I can imagine that the carrot ice cream is edible, because carrots have a soft light sweet taste. But Tomato, omgg. This morning I ate a cherry tomato, that tasted soooo sour. I almost lost my lips, because they puckered up outside in. Yuck. Tomato ice cream....

Anyway, Häagen-Dazs Japan said that these veggie flavors will be available on May 12. I don't think they'll be available in Europe. But if you get the chance to try these new flavors, please let us know if it's jummy or not.
