Hello Kitty at Vans Headquarters

If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you'll probably already have (seen) the Hello Kitty Vans. Recently Sanrio published the video about the collaboration process with Vans. So they had a meeting, of course with Miss Kitty herself. Even though Kitty knew the appointment was at ten o'clock at the Vans headquarters, she wasn't able to make it on time. Why?
