I love Ramen/Ramyun/Noodles, especially when it's spicy hot. Well, I found something interesting, served by a restaurant in Kyoto: Burning hot ramen (or noodles)...
It's not hot because of the spices, but this one is really really burning hot. Literally hot burned! Yup, the chef prepares the ramen by using fire IN the pot. Hmmm, I wonder how burned ramen would taste. Definitely a must-eat when JUMI goes to Kyoto.
If you've already visited the restaurant Men Baka Ichidai, please let us know, if the burned ramen is JummyOrNot.
