The Force Awakens when you wear these heels

We still have to wait a little while before we can see lightsabers, C-3PO and R2-D2 reuniting in the new Star Wars..... Shoes!

Yes Star Wars divas, Irregular Choice designed these special shoes! For now I've seen three different shoes.

The first one (see picture above), the R2-D2 heels are more for the classy divas who wants to be carried by R2-D2 with a classy blue color and design.

The lightsaber heels looks like they're made for the tough 'don't-mess-with-me-or-else-I'll hit or kick-you-with-my-lightsaber' divas. It has a shiny color and the edgy sole which makes the 'don't-mess-with-me' look complete.

I'm not a high heel walker, so I think the C-3PO totally fits me. (Or well, I prefer seeing R2-D2 on top of the shoe, because C-3PO isn't really my favorite character.) It's simple, with on the back saying 'Star Wars' and C-3PO looking at you.

These shoes will be available at the end of this month on the website of Irregular Choice. So are you ready to wear them at the première of The Force Awakens? Which one would you wear?

Zombies, don't mess with kitties or else...

Still one month left. And then the horror begins with zombies and other monsters invading our happy halloween evening. Ieek, save yourself, but don't forget your pets. Your hamsters and your kitties! If you're too late you save your kitty, maybe you can call these heroes.

Heroes? Well, I've found this video about two heroes saving a kitty from a group of zombies. Omg, I thought the kitty wouldn't make it. And then... you just have to check out the video, here at Jumi!

Sweet tribute to Hayao Miyazaki by dono

I think we all have seen (at least) one film of Hayao Miyazaki or Studio Ghibli. And I think we all have cried a tiny little bit (or a looot) watching a film of him. And I think we all have favorited (at least) one film in our top 5 list. So it's inevitable that there are a lot fans creating tributes to Hayao Miyazaki. And this tribute is sooo omg. Totally love it!

This short video is created by Vimeo user dono. It's a journey through films and characters of Hayao Miyazaki. It's lovely, it's magical, it's beautiful just like the films. If you don't know what the hell I'm talking about, just watch the video and start watching the films!

Disney princes become Magic Mike

Sooo, have you already seen the new Magic Mike movie? No? OK, to get you in the mood, check out these guys of Disney. Yup, or shall I say OMG... Magic Eric, Magic Alladin, Magic Beast... uh The Beast of Belle? Yup, even this creature was inspired by Mike. Disney princes dressed themselves up (or well, took of all their clothes) and treated their princesses with a Magical moment.

These drawings are from artist Artist Isaiah Stephens. Isaiah sure was in a Magic Mike mood. Hah, I can't wait to see more of this artist. Sooo, which Magic Disney prince is your favorite?

Ieekk, Disney princesses turn yellow

OK, we have to wait a little bit more than a week. And then we will get an invasion of little yellow..... Minions!

I've already see them everywhere in stores. Yes, these little yellow fellows try to adapt to our society by showing their faces everywhere! And now the Minions have shown their faces at Disney. Recently they dressed theirselves up as Disney princesses!

These Disney princesses are created by Jen Lewis of BuzzFeed. Each of the Disney Princess Minions created are accompanied by the apologetic phrase, 'I'm so sorry.' Don't feel sorry, the outfits look minionishly good! I totally like the royal diva look of Cinderella Minion. Which Minion is your favorite?

New Fifty Shades? The Fifty stretch marks of Anna

New Fifty Shades of Grey trailer? Uhmm.... sort of. This time the introduction of The Fifty stretch marks of Anna. Say what? Ok, ok it's a... commercial.

How would you create a commercial of a product, that isn't really popular. I mean, products that's good for our skin, but we don't really talk openly about it. For example stretch mark cream.

Well, the people behind the new Gly Derm commercial really succeeded in creating a commercial "that made stretch mark cream look sexy in a parody of Fifty Shades of Grey!" The cream is “clinically proven to help improve the color and reduce the size of stretch marks”.

Rrrightt, I don´t care if it's really good or not, but if Mr Grey would give me a tube of Gly Derm...

Omg, Miffy Zombie a new horror movie?

Ok, we've seen Hell Kitty and the Carebear from hell. So it was a matter of time to see our cute Dutch bunny Miffy totally flipping out in a bad way, a really really bad way. And it was all documented in the new trailer of Miffy Zombie by Gun N Cult.

So, I wonder if you would still think Miffy is cute. Imagine this: a army of hundred mean Miffies running after you, thirsty and hungry for blood... your blood. They already killed 6000 people. Aaaahhhh! Well, it all took place in Hong Kong. Luckily a group of brave young people are fighting back to save Hong Kong from an apocalypse. Check out the trailer, here at Jumi!

Of course the movie trailer isn't real. Too bad, couldn't wait to see the other side of Miffy in a full movie

Or is the Giant Dino Cookie safe from the Cookie Monster?

Lee Byung Hun in new Rush Hour?

OK, I must admit, I'm not a big fan of Jackie Chan's Rush Hour movies (even though I've seen all three of it). But when the newest Rush Hour will be released, I might turn into a little Rush Hour fan. Why? Lee Byung Hun is in the movie!

Say what? Yup, you've read it right. This time no Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker. But Korean actor Lee Byung hun!!! and p.diddy...

I'm not really really sure if it really is true. There are rumors spreading out on the internet. And recently a billboard ad of the movie has been spotted in California. Hmmm, so is it true? Rush Hour with Lee Byung Hun? We'll see. For now, I just have to wait for his presence in another Hollywood movie, Terminator Genisys. Woehoeeewwww!

Another Fifty Shades of Grey?

Like it or hate it. I've seen Fifty shades twice. And this trailer... OMG. SNL Korea uploaded a trailer of their Fifty Shades of Grey. And I've already seen it more than twice.

OMG it is, hahaha. You've got to see it, even if you hate the movie! Check it out, here at Jumi!

Don't give Catneto bad food or else...

Some cats are so picky when it comes to catfood. Sometimes they just walk away from their food or spit it all out. Or worse they scratch you! Or much more worse, they become Magneto!

OK, you might think: 'Is that bad?' Yes it is! You know what Magneto can do, right? Check out what happenend to the boss of a cat that became Magneto.

Mr Grey becomes jummilicious edible

OK, hate it or not, but I just have to post about this: Fifty Shades of Cake! Yes, it's true. Rosie Dunner created two life size cakes of Mr. Grey, oeehhh!

Yup, Rosie made these cakes to honor the release of the film. Now the jummy cakes are displayed in Manchester. The first cake is made for younger droolers. Mr Grey wears his suit, holding his tie. But the second one is a 18+ cake. Yup, you can already guess how that cake looks like.

Hm, I looove cake, but the idea to bite a piece out of his.. uhm... arm... I think I'll skip. His arm and other parts might be full of womens drool. Nice idea, this cake, too bad that it's unedible (unless you like drool of someone you don't know). Mr. Grey jummilicious? Uhm, nope, not like this.

Wanna try a Submarine Sandwich?

Start with slices of boxing gloves as a base. Put pieces of football on it. Add a bit of spiciness with some old socks. And to make it more crunchy, use wiggle eye stickers to complete the perfect Submarine Sandwich.

Of course, of course the sandwich isn't part of some sort of experiment. And it's not edible (before you all run to the sandwich store with the name that starts the same as the title of the short video). Submarine Sandwich is a cool stop-motion video by PES. PES transforms familiar objects into something new. Totally love it! Anyway, enough talking, check out the video, here at Jumi!

Helldesk the Movie

OK, maybe you're one of those unlucky persons who has dealt with a lousy helpdesk of some company. Stayed on the line for 32 minutes, sending 20 emails but never got a response back. Aaarghhh! Even though you might want to hate those people of that lousy helpdesk, they're just people and even these people can become one of those unlucky persons. Just like in.... Helldesk.

Helldesk
The employees of a lousy helpdesk are surprised by a terrible event. Caused by supernatural powers? Only Paul will know the truth, but can he handle it?

Helldesk is a short movie which will be released soon. It's gonna be bloody hellish! And guess what, little Jumi has been asked for a little help during the production of this movie. Real blood has been donated by little Jumi (well, it's not that much). Of course she didn't use her own blood, but from her big bro. Don't worry girls, he only fainted (after little Jumi hit him a bit too hard), so he's still alive. Btw, little Jumi and big bro don't have a role in the movie, so don't expect a cute Jumi movie or cartoon.

At the moment, the movie is still in production, but we will keep you updated. If you want to know more about Helldesk, go to Facebook or Twitter. Or check out the website www.helldeskthemovie.com

Memorable movies in bricks... uh Lego

15 Year old Morgan Spence (Scotland) looooves Lego and movies I guess. Because now he has created a video with scenes of famous movies. From Titanic to the Shining. His favorite part is from Singing in the Rain. He loves this scene because it is so recognisable, he said to Dailymail. Pretty awesome. Check out the video, here at JUMI!

Jumi on tour: Camera Japan 2014

Yes, this year too we went to filmfestival Camera Japan in Rotterdam. And hm. It looks like we're seeing lesser films each year. Last year we've seen two films. And ahum, you can guess how much films we've seen now: one.

Aarrghhh, yup the filmschedule. It didn't fit with our schedule (yup, taking a day off from work wasn't an option, because this, in the eyes of nagging bosses isn't a 'urgent reason' to take a day off. OK, enough nagging about work). So we've only seen Unforgiven starring Ken Watanabe. This is a remake of Clint Eastwood’s 1992 western. Now it's taking place in Hokkaido in the 1880's. The story is about an ex-samurai who gets hired to revenge the mutilation of a young prostitute. The film is not really my cup of tea, but I don't think it's really bad or whatever. The story is slowly paced, therefore I got bored in the longer scenes, so you shouldn't expect hardcore action. The interesting thing is that the Ainu (native people from Japan) played a small part in the film. Interesting because in 'old movies' I often see the focus on Samurai and geishas. Is it worth watching it? It's OK to watch it at a rainy Sunday afternoon. But if you're already in a nagging mood or tired hm.

The festival (location Rotterdam) is pretty much the same as last year. There was a small market, artwork, performances. The filmschedule didn't fit with our schedule. Too bad. Because the few films (two) we really wanted to see where shown on crappy days during crappy times. So about the offer of films... hm. OK, last year we've seen two films, this year one. Next year zero?

Leo the lonely robot

OMG, have you already 'met' Leo? He's a supercute Hi-Tech pet robot. Cuuute, I wanna have it and play with it! Well, it seems that Leo is trying to find someone too.

In this short video, made by ISART DIGITAL, lonely Leo searches the city, a bit of a dead city, for someone to play with. And then he finds someone. Yaayyyyyy! Wanna play with him too?

My name is Popsicle, James Popsicle

OK, whether you love him or hate him, I think everybody would want to try this popsicle. Ice cream maker Del Monte Superfruit Smoothies produced a very special popsicle of.... James Bond.

Yup, it looks pretty cool huh. Now you can kiss your own James Bond (or well, Daniel Craig). Count his abs. Feel his arms. And if you're a hater, you can just bite off James Bond's annoying head. The popsicle comes in blueberry, pomegranate and cranberry flavors. Jummy or not?

Videogame live action series coming soon: Street Figher Assasin's Fist

I'm not a very big fan when it comes to live action videogame adaptation movies. Remember Street Fighter with our blonde hunk *ahum* Jean Claude van Damme as Guile. I've seen it once and never again. Now there's a new Street Fighter coming soon: Street Figher Assasin's Fist.

This is a creation of Joey Ansah and Christian Howard. Street Figher Assasin's Fist is a series of 12 webisodes. And it will be released on May 23th! Check it out on the Machinima YouTube channel.

I don't know how it will be. But I've seen the trailer and it looks ok. Well, it definitely looks better than Street Fighter the Movie.

Check out some more trailers here.

Calling all 80's Kids

My eyes fell on this fabulous clip of Youtuber Shameless Maya. She made a dance off as the character Shana Elmsford of Jem and the Holograms!
Who watched Jem too? I personally loved this cartoon and also The New Archies and Thundercats.. Ok, check out the clip:

In this video Shameless Maya is showing some fierce moves from the eighties. I have to say, the guy is doing a pretty good job too. It kinda makes me wanna watch Madonna clips afterwards ha! How about you?

Well I got more interesting news. Actually I just found out while browsing, that a Jem and the Holograms movie is coming! A real live action!
OMG! Wait, what??! How! Where? And most of all, WHO???!??

After some research by yours truly, found out there is a serious filmproject going on. Directed by John M. Chu (G.I. Joe 2, yes that crappy movie with the hot Lee Byung Hun!!). But without Christy Marx on board, the writer of Jem. Now, that's a pity. What do you think about this? Bad move?

Anyways, hit play and enjoy:
