Eat baked Ice Cream at El Celler de Can Roca restaurant
Maybe you've already tried tempura ice cream (=a scoop of ice cream battered and deep fried) at a Japanese restaurant. Jummy! Now a restaurant in Spain, El Celler de Can Roca, came up with a new way to serve 'Hot' Ice Cream: Ice Cream in freshly baked brioche bread! Say what?
Yup, the restaurant has a magic machine, created by Andreu Carulla, the Oxymoron Maker II. A baker just have to put a scoop ice cream between two pieces of dough in the machine. With special cooling system, it quickly bakes the bread, so fast that the ice cream won't melt. Mmmmm. Too bad that the Hot Ice Cream is only available in this restaurant. El Celler de Can Roca seems to have no intentions to sell this product to the world :(
