We're sooo happy that our tiny city has our own Marks & Spencer with a jummy food paradise.. uhh supermarket. Jummmmm... fooood! Today we've spotted something new, a must-try! Or not?
We've spotted spotted dick puddings! Say what? Well, the receipt says 'Niervetpudding', literaly that's 'kidneyfat pudding' in Dutch. Say what? Uhm... jummy or yuck? Let's try!
It's just a spongy cake with currants (so it isn't meat!).The package says that it's gorgeously moisted. And it has a hint of mixed spice. Gorgeous? Uhh NOT. Spice? What spice? The only thing we have tasted is currant and currant and currant. And sweetness. Just plain sweetness. And the cake was a bit too moist. What a dissappointment. The only good thing is that it wasn't expensive. Good to eat when you're really hungry. If not, we wouldn't recommend you tho eat this. There are plenty of other jummy cakes available at the store.
