OK, if the icey cold cup noodle isn't really your cup of tea, then maybe you'll like this snack: FROZEN kimchi!
A barbeque restaurant, Gyukaku, introduced the new style of frozen kimchi. No, they didn't put some plain kimchi in the freezer. This one seems to be special. Gyukaku made the kimchi on a way that it isn't rock hard, but the structure of it is somewhat the same as sorbet. Hmmm, a strange snack....It's spicey hot, yet icey cold? I really need to try it!
