Say what? From August 9 to 17 Yokohama will be the site of An Outbreak of Pikachus. This is a Pikachu festival where you can do many Pikachu stuff. There's a street fair, eat and drink jummy Pikachu stuff at the Pikachu Beach House café. Annnnd of course you can take a pika pika picture with Pikachu. Pika-pi Pikachu!
