I know, I know, maybe you're thinking 'why the h.. should I watch a music video of a Korean artist, I don't understand a word Korean..' Well, some music videos are really worth to watch. And yes, this time I've found another one by Mr. Bungle 미스터 벙글 with Farewell in Spring 봄의 이별.

OK, if you're pms-ing at the moment, maybe it's not such a good idea to watch the video, because you'll probably cry sooo much that your shirt will get all soggy with tears and snot. The video is sad, yet beautiful. You'll see a dog flying to space. Then suddenly something happens and he's back on earth again. Reunited with his girlie girlfriend...

And I think I'll end this post, before I say too much. You really should watch the video. In the end it's ok if you don't understand Korean, the video says it all.

An ode to nailpolish by Primary: Hello

Ladies, finally the perfect song for us! A song about getting our nails done! Say what? Korean artist Primary (프라이머리) did it again and made a new refreshing happy song: Hello (ft Lena Park).

Don't you ever feel refreshed and/or felt good and happy after you've polished your nails? Beautiful pinky color, bright blue, jummy yellow or whatever color that makes you smile? This music video is all about painting your nails and the happy feeling you'll get afterwards. The video is cute! Besides seeing colored nails, you'll see happy dancing fingers.

Uhh, what the EE? Nope, I'm not trippin'. Not in a bad trip. Maybe a bit scared when I watched this colorful music video of EE. So maybe a little bad trip while I was sober..

What the EE.... So first you get hypnotized by all the moving colors. So you think 'what the ee'. Then a creepy woman with a creepy face pops up... What the ee. And you hear a clownish melody. Ee. Clowns creeepyyy!!

Don't be shy and watch Primary's new music video

Ieek, it's like watching the Craft. Doing spiritual stuff with the Ouija board, creepy dolls floating, ghost under a white sheet (oh no, is it Primary turned into a ghost?) and pokemoncards (?). Yup, these are the ingredients of the new music video of Primary ft. Choa of AOA & Iron with the song Don't Be Shy (아끼지마).

Totally looove the music of Korean artist Primary. Now he worked together with two artists to create this new magical song. It's a bit different than I'm used to hear from Primary because of the reggae beats. But with the combination of the singer, it doesn't give it a too tropical taste. Ah well, maybe it's because of the video. Yet, this is another song that I really love. The song isn't about creepy stuff or horror. But about daring. Dare to take steps to uhm.... do lovely stuff with someone you like.

And the music video isn't really scary too. So please watch it. The only thing I don't like is....*spoiler alert* A cute pink bunny will be burnt at the end of the video. Noooooo whhyyyyy!!! Anyway, I still love the song.

KakaoTalk couple has own music video: Duri-Duri

Guess what? Our Kakao friends, or well the cutest couple in the world, Frodo and Neo, have their own music video!

Hueh? Ok, first for those who don't know or have KakaoTalk... shame on you! This is an instant messaging app just like WhatsApp. But KakaoTalk is sooo much cuter. I mean, you can send your friends cuter stickers and animated emoticons. For example, lovely stickers of the cute couple Frodo and Neo!

Back to the music video. Yup, the lovely couple are the big stars in the mv Duri-Duri by Korean band Chamsom. Even though the video is very simple.. hmm I could create this video myself, because you only see a white screen with emoticons of Frodo and Neo... I love it! The song is sweet and seeing the cute couple popping up on screen, you'll definitely get a smile on your face.

I know, I know, it's not Friday yet, but I couldn't wait to show you this new music video of Japanese singer Namie Amuro 安室奈美恵, with Golden Touch. And yup, you can experience the 'golden touch' in a different way through this video. Put your finger in the middle of the screen and see what's happening.

Yes, it's like you have THE golden touch. Hueh? Well, the music video is interactive in its own way. Hueh? See for example how things move over your finger. Hueh? Chamsom's chanson about the Elephant in the room

Ah how adorable is it to see this cute blue elephant in this music video. Hmm adorable.. it totally fits the song of Chamsom 참깨와 솜사탕 singing Elephant in the room 방 안의 코끼리.

Yes, it's weekend so it's time to relax with my favorite song of the week. Elephant in the room is a calm sweet song without any fuzz. So if you're feeling pumped up or stressed, give yourself a moment to listen to it. Both singers have a calm, pure voice. And the trumpets (of course, there's an elephant in it!) and the saxophone gives the song some extra boost, so you won't get toooo relaxed (or fall asleep during the song).

Anyway, Elephant in the room is a nice song to play when you're relaxing on the balcony with a jummy glass of strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately I couldn't find an English translation of the lyrics, but if you have it, please share it with us ^_^

K-pop hit Fantastic Baby in Hollywood movie?

Is it really true? I had to watch the new trailer of upcoming movie Pitch Perfect 2. Why? To hear Big Bang's (Korean band) big hit Fantastic Baby!

OK, of course you won't hear the whole song, but still... It's so cool to hear K-pop in a Hollywood movie. I still live in a country that if I randomly ask someone on the streets if they can mention one K-pop star(s) or song, they just look at me saying 'hueh'? Or most of the few people will say 'PSY'. People need to hear more K-pop! Hopefully this trailer will be a good introduction of another K-pop sensation, Big Bang, to my country and the rest of the world. David Hasselhoff sings lead track of Kung Fury

Finally I've got some news about Kickstarter short movie project Kung Fury! That's right, that eighties movie which looks sooo hilarious that it might be sooo good. Kung Fury will be released on 28th may 2015 on youtube! So why don't we celebrate it with one of the best singers (and actor) of the eighties: David Hasselhoff!

Yup, he still has the same beautiful haircut as in Knight rider. David made the lead track for Kung Fury. 'True Survivor'.... well, yes he is, because he still looks the same!

Berlin based rapper loves Hello Kitty

And I still don't give up: guys, it's OK to like or love Hello Kitty.  Yup, I've found another guy who loooves Hello Kitty. It's Berlin based artist and rapper Candy Ken.

Candy Ken is the alter ego rapper of 'normal' Ken, who clearly doesn't give a *shi..ps* about others. He had a song about Barbie Doll and has an obsession with Hello Kitty. Well, you can see that, it all written on his face... 'I love combining muscles and Hello Kitty, being white and wearing grillz -- doing things that aren't supposed to go together. I love Hello Kitty and it looks good on a boy.' Guys, do you hear, or read, that!!! I think it looks good on every boy!

Anyway, Candy Ken is working on a Hello Kitty song. This month he'll shoot the Hello Kitty mv. Uhmm, I'm not sure if we'll post this mv, because... uhmm... I've heard his previous songs and.... Omg, Wth, Huh, Say what.... yup, these songs are definitely not my cup of tea. But I definitely like the fact that he loooooves Hello Kitty!!

Ahh Oop with Mamamoo

Ahh Opp? Hueh? A song about a certain oppa ^__^? That's what I thought when I saw a music video teaser with that title of Korean girlband Mamamoo. I couldn't wait for the release of their full video. And yes, today I saw the video of Mamamoo called.... Ahh Oop! Not Ahh Opp.

Ahh OK. And I totally love it! It has a retro funky catchy beat. And well, a girlband.... it's more a ladiesband, because they're not girliegirliegirls. And their music sounds more mature, I mean not too girlie-sugarsweet-pink. The video fits the song. It has a bit of a fifties look, but then with bright colors. Also really funny to see the parts where the ladies are 'put' in a magazine as moving singers. So you see pages with words and the singing ladies.

I think we all have those days or weeks that we're craving for something sweet (and nope, I don't mean that particular week of our monthly period). And today I turned a bit into a sweet tooth. How sweet it was to watch this music video while eating a whole bar of chocolate all by myself. Sugar Sugar by Korean girlband Laboum.

Omg, the song is soooo sweeeeet. The video is cute colorful sweet. Even the girls wear colorful sweet clothing. For a moment I thought that one girl has macarons in her hair. Anyway, a cute little doll couple has a sweet role in the video. I want these dolls toooo!

Bang Diggy Bang Bang all night long

Omg, I can't get this colorful explosive Korean song out of my head: Bang Diggy Bang Bang by MFBTY. Yup, it's Friday, so it's time time to celebrate the weekend with a new song.

And colorful it is. It's like the members of MFBTY are celebrating Holi Phagwa with colored powder! The music itself has a bit of an Indian sound too (so maybe they've made this song especially for the Hindu festival, I don't know). They're so happy dancing and celebrating that in one scene you'll see a person pooping on the toilet and afterwards the toilet explodes, or well, colored powder comes out of it. Happy pooop!

Anyway, the song is in Korean. But don't worry if you don't understand a word Korean. The song has a nice beat and it has a loooot of Bang Diggy Bang Bang.

I really can't wait for spring to begin. Too tired of darkness, rain and rain and windy rain outside. Luckily this song brought a bit of sunny spring in my home. SEENROOT with Sweet Heart (or 신현희와김루트 - 오빠야).

This music video is soooo sweeeet! It's happy colorful with sweet and funny drawings here and there. It's a little sweet story about the girl who meets a cute guy, a sweatheart. But is he really a sweatheart... uhmm.. How would he respond when she gives him a sweet little present? (I think I would respons (after his reaction) the same as 2:44 haha)

Owls dancing off their heads on hip hop

I'm a bit too early to post the music video of the weekend, but I couldn't wait to show you this mv starring owls!

The short mv is sooooo funny. I've watched it for the fourth time and it's  still... funny! Wildlife photographer Megan Lorenz captured a curious pair of burrowing owls, showing off their head slide moves on the music of Aquadrop with the song Back and Forth. OK, I know, I know, the video promotes a certain camera.  Forget about that! Just check out the owl Dance-Off.

Dude plays Super Mario World with flute?

You might have seen many videos of people playing a tune of a videogame with an instrument. Cool. That is what I thought when I saw the video of Wakou playing the tune of Super Mario World with a flute. A simple easy to play game with a simple easy to play tune. But wait... this one is different.

Is he blowing into the flute with his nose? Yup, you've seen that right. Ok... but wait.... and listen. After finishing the short tune, he is actually playing the video game, I mean gaming! Serious! He has programmed the game with a recorder in a way that he can play it by controlling the sound. So the notes he blows are actually 'the buttons on the controller'. For example, if he wants Mario to go up, he blows the note Do. Re for 'left', Mi for 'down', Fa for 'right', So for 'B', La for 'B-right', Ti for 'Y-Right' etc. Hmmm, this makes it a bit more different to play Super Mario World.

Stan Lee in K-pop song

OK, for some of you this might be old news, because this song came out a while ago. Still I want to share this song to start a happy weekend. Yup, this time it's the K-pop song from Clara with Gwiyomi song 2 with special guest Stan Lee.

In this MV Clara sings happy with a cute voice (Gwiyomi or kiyomi is Korean slang used to refer to a cute person btw). Yet she punches her oppa (boyfriend) who's talking to other girls (that bastard).
The MV is colorful and has animated/comic effects, so I guess Stan Lee likes it. What about Stan Lee? Ok, ok, don't expect a full Stan Lee music video. At the beginning you see him  for a few seconds when a little piece of Mozart's "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik K. 525" ends. And at the end you see him doing the Gwiyomi hand dance too. Haha no full Stan Lee music video, sowwie guys and girls. But it's funny to see him for a few seconds in a girlie music video, right.
